Returns + Repairs
We want you to love your jewelry pieces as much as we love creating them. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item free of charge within 2 days of receipt for a full refund, or within 10 days of receipt for exchange/store credit. After 10 days from receipt, no exchanges or credit will be issued. All returns and exchanges must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be in its original packaging and in perfect, unused condition.
- A receipt must be presented.
- Sale items and custom orders (including custom sizes) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Email email@example.com to request a return or exchange with your receipt.
While we make every effort to make our jewelry strong and durable, life happens and unfortunate events can lead to broken jewelry. We offer a 30 Day Limited Warranty*. If you have any issues with your purchase we will repair or replace your jewelry free of charge within 30 days of purchase.
Repairs beyond 30 days of purchase will be handled on a case by case basis. We will work with you to get your piece back to great wearable condition at an affordable price. Cost will vary depending on the issue.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a repair and include your receipt and photos of your jewelry if possible.

*30 Day Limited Warranty does not include damage from normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, ect), lost jewelry, or lost/broken gemstones.
