ReturnsWe want you to love your jewelry item, and will work with you to make sure it is perfect for you. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 10 days of receiving it for exchange or credit ONLY (excludes custom orders). After 10 days from receipt, no exchanges or credit will be issued.
- Item must be in its original packaging and in perfect, unused condition.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Custom orders (custom sizes included) are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

While we make every effort to make our jewelry strong and durable, life happens and unfortunate events can lead to a missing piece or a broken chain.
